Nine data-center buildings on 380 acres at Lofty Road and Haddock Street, between I-81 and Route 309, south of McAdoo. Amazon Data Services bought the land for $178.6 million in 2025. The decision deadline was extended to September 30, 2026. Local coverage and Data Center Dynamics describe 2.5 million square feet. Amazon has not published a megawatt figure, so we do not run the $10 million/MW tax sketch yet.
