Seven data halls on the south side of Breaker Street in Jessup, off Hill Street. The Times-Tribune has covered the borough’s refusal to accept the June 2025 land-development plan because electric infrastructure would sit in a residential zone north of Breaker Street. A county judge set arguments for October 2026. Trackers working from the filing put campus load at 600 MW.
Jessup’s assessed base is $58 million; Valley View (already facing Wildcat Ridge in Archbald) is $164 million. 600 MW at our method is $6 billion.
