1,400 acres along the Monongahela at the old Robena Mine in Monongahela Township. Essential Utilities is installing two gas turbines totaling 910 MW, plus battery storage, to serve on-site data halls. The developer’s Robena Mega Site page: 910 MW, Q2 2028 turbine delivery. Construction of halls is later phases — 910 MW is generation sized for the campus, not a signed IT lease.
Monongahela Township’s assessed base is $49 million; Southeastern Greene is $123 million. 910 MW at our method is $9.1 billion — tens of times either, and several times Greene County’s $1.48 billion tax base.
