Keel’s own Scrubgrass page and 2026 earnings call describe a 650-acre former generating plant as its largest long-term Pennsylvania campus: 63 MW of existing interconnection, a 750 MW FirstEnergy load study, and more than 550 MW of possible behind-the-meter gas. Add those and the ceiling is 1,363 MW. Until power is secured, Keel says it is not permitting data halls.
We size the full-build sketch on the 1,363 MW ceiling Keel publishes, and the first phase on the 63 MW that is actually interconnected. STEB has not published a 2025 school tax base for Allegheny-Clarion Valley after Venango’s reassessment (it prints as zero). Township assessed value is $75 million.
