New Fortress Energy’s Klondike page lists a 335-acre Wyalusing site with 150+ developable acres, 500+ MW of capacity, a 1,000+ MW electrical interconnect, and gas less than a mile from the Marc I pipeline. It is being offered to hyperscale users, not described as a named tenant campus yet.
Wyalusing Township’s assessed base is $30 million; Wyalusing Area is $161 million. 500 MW at our method is $5 billion.
