TECfusions’ own New Kensington page: a 1,395-acre adaptive-reuse campus 30 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, on-site gas microgrid, “1 GW leased today; 3 GW total capacity.” The Keystone Connect flyer calls the IT load 3 GW. An August 2026 company release said the first GPU capacity is live.
Upper Burrell’s assessed tax base is $37 million; Burrell School District is $159 million. A gigawatt of taxable buildings ($10 billion, our method) would be tens of times either. Westmoreland County assesses far below market (millage is 21.49), so the county assessor’s actual number will not match a $10 million/MW sketch dollar-for-dollar — the direction and the scale still hold.
