Fourteen two-story halls on about 574 mountainside acres above Business Route 6 and Route 247. Each footprint 202,340 square feet, about 2.83 million square feet in all. The Times-Tribune, reporting the conditional-use application and land purchases, has repeatedly put electricity demand at 1.6 GW.
Hearing testimony has also cited lower per-building wattages; we use the 1.6 GW figure the paper attributes to the application, and you should treat it as a proposal, not a permit. Archbald’s assessed base is $69 million. 1.6 GW at our method is $16 billion — enough to dominate the borough, the district, and the county.
